These unique bags are hand sewn by the women in a village called Sumatra.  After a tsunami left the village in shambles, the creator and founder of Banda bags offered relief to the women of the village by letting them create these gorgeous bags.  If you ever have the opportunity to look at one up close you can see the hours of labor put into these hand stitched bags.
